Let's see...since the last post here (February 2011, if you are keeping track), our Facebook connections are expanding darn near exponentially! (Remember from high school algebra this was that x:y ratio, where if one side went up by one, the other went up by two (or some other related factor like that)). So anyway, I became friends with a cousin in Maryland area who knows LOTS of other shoestring cousins. She and another cousin fired up a Facebook group that overnight exploded from 0 to 130 or so (not counting the ones that left the group before they realized we were most likely related!)
So, if you haven't done so, please sign up on facebook. It isn't just for finding family...you can find high school friends, current friends, friends of friends (and in my case my mom, her sisters, my GRAMMA, several of the Missouri family...you see what I mean?) darned near anybody!
We are sharing information on our particular branches and pulling together enough information to scare Funk and Wagnall's! (for you youngsters, they used to make encyclopedias. Glorified dictionaries that we used to copy verbatim for high school reports. Around book 17 or so, you could find the transparencies of the human body inside to skin...oh heavens! Just go ask your mom about encyclopedias! :) )
